I have over 15 years experience working as a therapist, across a wide range of clients, both in short term and longer term contexts, including GHA primary care, the voluntary sector, and private practice. Being bilingual I am able to conduct session in both English and Spanish.
I work with clients on a wide range of issues with a particular interest in depression, anxiety, personality concerns, developmental trauma, shyness, family and couples dynamics.
The Accredited Voluntary Register (AVR) scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
